About the Speaker:

John R. Jacobs is the Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Eustis, Florida. Along with practicing administrative and constitutional law in Orlando for 17 years, Jacobs has received a B.A. M.Div. and D. Min. from the University of the South, and a J.D. from the University of Memphis.
