We are preparing to build for the future.
The immediate need is for expanded occupancy capacity and additional meeting space.
Plans are currently being drawn up for the construction of:

Phase One:

• 30 unit lodging building (60 beds)

• 3,600 sq. ft. conference/meeting building

• New northern entrance

• Total construction of approximately $2,000,000

Phase Two:

• 3,000 sq. ft. Welcome Center
  (with new administration offices)

• 6,200 sq. ft. Kitchen/Dining Hall

• 12,000 sq. ft. 500-seat Banquet Hall

• 1,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Building

• Total Construction cost of approximately $2,500,000

Phase Three:

• 50 unit lodging building (100 beds)

• 6,000 sq. ft. conference/meeting building

• 2 retreat houses

• Enlarge existing chapel (to 250 seats)

• Lakeside gazebo

• 2 staff homes

• Total construction cost of approximately $3,000,000
