Dr. Carla Waterman
Carla teaches and mentors hungry people in classic Christian spirituality “near to the altar, close to the ground” a journey of faith, hope and love.
Dr. Waterman holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and began her teaching ministry on the faculty at Wheaton College. She was a founding faculty member of the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies.
She is a noted author of numerous articles and her book Songs of Assent, on Mary’s receptivity to God is a deep and profound read. She is a gifted presenter, teacher and draws people into the deep water of faith and passion for God.
