Everyday Meditation is a retreat filled with the experiences of releasing
stress and tension, coming to your quiet center, relaxing your body, and
calming your mind. Our peaceful retreat activities will prepare you to
take what you received back into the world. You will learn techniques
that can be used every day to re-live the retreat experience. Silent
sitting meditation and journaling will also be included.
